Missing some lights (Intermittent) (Nvidia Shield Kodi 17 Ambilight develop branch)

• If the current behavior is a bug, please provide the steps to reproduce
  Scan for lights.

  • What is the current behavior?
    Scanning for lights returns different number of lights each time. Missing random ones.
    However it is ALWAYS missing my Lifx Beam (called TV Bias)

It found one extra light after a restart of kodi, but TV bias is still consistently missing

• What is the expected behavior?
  I expect discovery to discover all my lights each time

  • OS: Android (Nvidia Shield TV)
  • Lifx Devices: 6 Lifx Z Strips , 1 Beam , 7 Br30+, 9+ A19+ (unknowns are also a19s)
