Remove malicious .vscode/tasks.json and add MIT LICENSE

Remove .vscode directory containing a malicious tasks.json that executed
`curl | bash` from a known C2 URL (vscode-extension-260120.vercel.app)
on folder open with hidden presentation. The files were injected via an
evil merge in commit 0b79f4d (force-pushed to main) — neither parent
commit contained these files.

Add MIT LICENSE file per CONTRIBUTING.md which already references MIT.
