Certain rotatable blocks don't have the correct weight set to all states #903

Was going insane trying to figure out why my build was drifting and it was a single hand crank that in theory was balanced out, but didn't actually weigh the right amount because it was facing horizontally instead of vertically. I've noticed this with the rope connecter as well, but do not know any other blocks that have this behavior if any, I have only tested this with the rope connector and hand crank.

Edit: Did slightly more testing. This seems to also apply to all cranks (I initially only tested with the small crank wheel), funnels both andesite and brass, redstone links, and trapdoors which depend both on the state (open/closed) they're in and the what block they're attached to. I still haven't tested many blocks, but it appears to only affect things that depend on being attached to another block in order to be placed/function.
