Server refuses to tick because a distant tree broke #1371

Description

Server does not complete a single tick after a random event with no direct input from the then afk player, will not complete a tick even upon world reload. Possibly due to a feedback loop relating to breaking fragile blocks with a distant contraption sublevel? Unclear. World completely bricked, fix unknown.
