Toggl MiniTimer

I use Toggl to track my work and keep the MiniTimer at the top right of my left screen. Sometimes, I move it around and I would love to use Rectangle Pro to move it back like I do with iMessage and WhatsApp etc.

However, for some reason, Rectangle doesn’t identify the MiniTimer on the top right of the screen with the window title Raphael’s workspace. Is there a workaround?

Rectangle Pro will intentionally ignore windows above a certain level when obtaining sizes/positions, but you should be able to manually add it to a layout and applying the layout should catch it. Let me know if you have trouble going that route.

I'll give this some more thought on whether or not Rectangle Pro should ignore windows at certain levels and if this should be configurable.

I have not managed to add it. I think it works on the regular version of Rectangle because it definitely worked a while back but I do believe that in doesn’t work in Pro. How do I manually add it?

You can add it via the New App Size/Position menu item there in the menu:

The logic for moving windows should be identical between Rectangle and Rectangle Pro, so I'll have to test with Toggle when I get a chance to see what's different.

Thanks for trying both of those out. Looks like Toggl has a free trial - I'll install it and see what's going on.
