Feature request: support Raspberry Pi 4 on qemu

QEMU now supports Raspberry Pi 4 with the raspi4b machine. But I tried running it on qemu (outside of the docker container, because the docker container has an old version of qemu) and it seemed to not work. It would be great if this tutorial worked on qemu too for Raspberry Pi 4 and not just Raspberry Pi 3.

Sounds good! Please give this a try with https://github.com/FlamingosProject/flamingos-preview where we're working right now and file an issue there if it still doesn't work: it is supposed to.
