ability for user to scaffold Workflows / Tasks #8

to be firmed up...
the idea being once CRUD functionality is in place (#7), it'd be great for a user to be able to scaffold a 'workflow', which we are loosely defining as a series of 'tasks' - a task being a single CRUD operation through a service. definition subject to change though :)
