Clarifies the Collaborators Framework's orientation toward non-permissioned participation and interpretive plurality.

This release refines how collaboration is represented - emphasizing impact over origin - while preserving optionality, self-expression, and silence as valid modes of engagement.

No enforcement, ranking, or behavioral requirements are introduced in this release.
