Sidebar appears in central layout

I noticed that in the central layout the sidebar appears when scaling the width of the view.

In my file I have:

---
layout: central
slug: privacy
---

But when I was testing and needed more room on my screen you can see the sidebar appear. It is collapsed/hidden in the larger view, and when small enough is clipped by the browser.

We were able to reproduce but a quick fix for the issue was not found.

It looks like this is going to take some reworking of the main templates for the project. In order to not delay the v3.10.0 release, we're going to leave this issue for now. I can't say exactly when this issue will get fixed but we will make it a priority and will ensure when the main templates get updated that this issue is fixed at the same time.
