chore: update all URLs from Luftfartsverket to reqstool org

- Update pom.xml project, SCM, issue and CI management URLs
- Update docs/antora-playbook.yml site URL
- Update schema URLs in AbstractAnnotationsProcessor.java and test YAMLs
