From 7c873df147bd5119ff18e51dc13e10d5e43ae574 Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: Nicholas Mullen Date: Fri, 21 Aug 2026 10:05:13 -0500 Subject: [PATCH 1/3] docs(ep-v2): relabel the new Enterprise Portal from Alpha to Beta sc-138828 (the EP v2 Beta entitlement flip) lists a merged relabeling PR as an explicit gate condition. This is the docs half; the code half is a separate PR in vandoor. Follows the Security Center relabel, #4231. - All 16 enterprise-portal-v2-* pages open with the same ":::note Alpha Feature" block. Retitled to "Beta Feature" and rewritten two-tier the way #4231 did: the availability claim goes only on the about page, the sub-pages get the shorter subject-to-change line. - "For access, contact your Replicated account representative" is deleted rather than reworded on the twelve pages that carried it. It describes the alpha access gate and is false at Beta, which is how #4231 handled the same sentence. - "Some capabilities might require additional access" is kept on the four pages that carried it instead. It is still true: Terraform modules are premium-plan gated, and Security Center and Ask AI are separate toggles. - Sidebar category label, the Security Center enable-access heading, and the stray "which is in alpha" aside on the Custom Domains page. The Security Center heading gets a pinned {#enterprise-portal-new} anchor so its URL stops tracking the maturity word and does not move again at GA. It had one inbound link, which 1112b899f removed, so nothing in the repo points at the old slug today. Two "alpha" mentions remain on enterprise-portal-v2-invite.mdx. They are release channel names in an example, not maturity labels. Vale: 352 alerts before, 352 after. The one heading warning that moved is the same pre-existing sentence-case warning on the same heading. --- docs/vendor/custom-domains-using.md | 2 +- docs/vendor/enterprise-portal-v2-about.mdx | 4 ++-- docs/vendor/enterprise-portal-v2-access.mdx | 4 ++-- docs/vendor/enterprise-portal-v2-branding.mdx | 4 ++-- docs/vendor/enterprise-portal-v2-connect-repo.mdx | 4 ++-- docs/vendor/enterprise-portal-v2-content.mdx | 4 ++-- docs/vendor/enterprise-portal-v2-domains.mdx | 4 ++-- docs/vendor/enterprise-portal-v2-emails.mdx | 4 ++-- docs/vendor/enterprise-portal-v2-helm-reference.mdx | 4 ++-- docs/vendor/enterprise-portal-v2-invite.mdx | 4 ++-- docs/vendor/enterprise-portal-v2-self-serve-signup.mdx | 4 ++-- .../enterprise-portal-v2-service-account-automation.mdx | 4 ++-- docs/vendor/enterprise-portal-v2-terraform.mdx | 4 ++-- docs/vendor/enterprise-portal-v2-troubleshooting.mdx | 4 ++-- docs/vendor/enterprise-portal-v2-use.mdx | 4 ++-- docs/vendor/enterprise-portal-v2-vendor-api-automation.mdx | 4 ++-- docs/vendor/enterprise-portal-v2-versioned-docs.mdx | 4 ++-- docs/vendor/security-center-enable-customer-access.mdx | 2 +- sidebars.js | 2 +- 19 files changed, 35 insertions(+), 35 deletions(-) diff --git a/docs/vendor/custom-domains-using.md b/docs/vendor/custom-domains-using.md index 12de38ee21..b7cdd51ef5 100644 --- a/docs/vendor/custom-domains-using.md +++ b/docs/vendor/custom-domains-using.md @@ -73,7 +73,7 @@ After you add one or more custom domains in the Vendor Portal, you can configure The Classic Enterprise Portal and the Download Portal share a domain that you add and manage on the **Custom Domains** page, using the steps in [Add a custom domain in the Vendor Portal](#add-domain). -The New Enterprise Portal, which is in alpha, is the exception.
