Hi @ArdWang, this library is intended to be a one-to-one wrapper around the upstream libhidapi.

That package doesn't provide asynchronous connect and disconnect events, it recommends a consumer polling pattern for connect or scan and either interpreting error messages from read events or write events, or checking for enumerate in that pole loop for disconnect.

I don't intend to scope creep this particular package over the upstream capability, but a wrapper package that handles all of this in a isolate might be useful? I think I'd want it to do a little bit more than that before going through the effort of packaging it versus just building this logic into a wrapper. It's a little bit application specific, and I think that's why libhidapi leaves it up to the consumer. If you need faster than polling rate responsivity, that requires native platform events for each platform.

If you want a hand creating that wrapper and wrapping this package, let me know!

I built this library to service an hid device in an application, but I haven't gotten that integration done yet. If I end up needing this and create the connect disconnect logic, I'll definitely post it as well.
