🐞[Bug]: Desktop navbar hamburger menu does not display navigation items

Describe the bug

On the desktop version of the website, the navbar displays a hamburger menu icon instead of the expected desktop navigation items.

When the hamburger icon is clicked, the page becomes dimmed with an overlay, but the navigation menu/sidebar is not visible.

This makes the main website navigation inaccessible from the desktop navbar.

Expected behavior

On desktop screen sizes, the navbar should display the configured navigation items instead of the hamburger menu.

If the hamburger menu is intentionally supported on desktop, clicking it should open a visible navigation panel containing the available navigation items.
