[Documentation topic] Jaegar tutorial suggests to use jaeger-query which is no longer capable to handle quickwit 0.9

Documentation needs to be updated to recommend using newer jaeger most likely because current suggested container will fail unable to query `/api/services` API

Jaeger container reports

> 0🛑  WARNING: End-of-life Notice for Jaeger v1

Until I saw that it wasn't even clear what would be wrong so current documentation on plugging Jaeger is not very good
