Support Python 3.14

Description

I have searched across all dependencies and those the only ones that doesn't support it: pyyaml, asyncpg, duckdb, pandas, tiktoken and aiohttp.

May be this issue could be a roadmap for supporting it.

I would like to pick this up if nobody is working on it. I already did some changes but there are some dependancies that still don't support Python 3.14. Currently what I see problematic is numba that is a dependancy of outlines-vllm-offline that was added recently.

@medaminezghal Sorry, I didn't know you are still working on this, I saw closed PR so assumed you abandoned it.
I noticed this second issue you mentioned and there is already a PR to fix that from few weeks ago googleapis/python-genai#1552

Since that is only a warning, a temporary fix for that in Pydantic AI is to list google genai lib in the pyproject.toml pytest options.
I added something like this:

    # google-genai
    "ignore::DeprecationWarning:google.genai.types",
