[DOCS] Add Quiz for Workshop Practice (Follow up for #142)-4

Description

This issue tracks the addition of a subject-level quiz for Workshop Practice on the openCSE quiz page (/quiz).

This is a follow-up to the Workshop Practice subject documentation PR. A quiz will help students test their understanding of the key concepts, tools, and processes covered across all workshop shops.

Proposed Quiz Topics (10 Questions)

• Fitting Shop — tools and operations
• Welding Shop — types of welding
• Carpentry Shop — wood joints and tools
• Smithy Shop — forging operations
• Sheet Metal Shop — bending and cutting operations
• Foundry Shop — sand casting process
• Turning Shop — lathe machine operations
• Safety measures in workshop
• Workshop tools identification
• General workshop practice concepts

Files to be Modified

• lib/quizData.ts — add Workshop Practice quiz entry to the quizzes array

Additional Notes

• Quiz will follow the same structure as existing subject-level quizzes (e.g. DevOps, C Programming).
• 10 questions with 4 options each, instant feedback, and explanations for every answer.
• No new files need to be created — only lib/quizData.ts needs to be updated.
