Add Geospatial function end to end tests for the following:

1. bing_tile_at
2. bing_tile_polygon
3. bing_tiles_around
4. great_circle_distance

Hey @gayanMatch, we are currently work to bridge SQL function gaps between Velox and Presto Java. This ranges from function implementation to docs and testing. I think for now, @jkhaliqi and I are handling most of it, but if you want to and can get a PR in before both of us on some of these end-to-end tests, feel free to contribute, thanks!
