The tutorials:

all contain symlinks to https://github.com/precice/tutorials/blob/develop/tools/run-dealii.sh
This works so far, but it restricts case-specific modifications. At the same time, it currently does not support the same logging as the rest of the tutorials.
We could make it similar to run-openfoam.sh, which is called by the case-specific run.sh scripts, instead of directly being linked.
