Title: UI/UX: Switch to Lighter, Modern Theme

Received feedback (Dr. Mukherjee) that the current dark background is too dark and affects readability. We need to transition the GUI to a lighter, more modern colour scheme.

Requirements:

Change the main window background from dark to a lighter colour (consistently to all GUI's)

Update text colours to ensure proper contrast (dark text on light background).

Make use of slightly different shades to , background light , module card more light , module name box in card more dark, something like this.

Goal:
Improve usability and give the software a cleaner, standard scientific tool look.
