Remove joint-marker dots from the icons so the figure reads as one solid shape

The hollow, dark-centered joint markers on the large icons (512/192) and the
social banner sat on top of the lime limbs, punching a hole at each elbow and
knee — so the arms and legs looked chopped into separate segments instead of
the connected figure the in-app nav logo shows. Dropped the markers from
posecode-icon.svg and re-rendered every asset that used it. The figure is now
a single continuous stroke everywhere, matching the on-page logo.
