Add indexable content pages, prep npm packages for publishing, polish repo metadata

SEO: generate 72 static per-movement pages (how-to steps, coaching cues, the
.posecode source, HowTo JSON-LD, internal cross-links) plus a movement-library
hub, a rendered language spec page, and a rendered LLM-authoring-guide page.
All wired into sitemap.xml and linked from the landing page nav/footer so
Google discovers them without depending on the sitemap alone. Generation is
scripted (scripts/generate-content-pages.mjs) but not part of the Vercel build
command, so the production build stays simple; re-run it by hand after adding
or editing spec/examples/*.posecode.

npm: give posecode-parser, posecode-render, posecode-share, posecode-embed,
and posecode-mcp real build scripts, keywords, repository links, and READMEs
so they're ready to publish. Added scripts/publish-package.mjs, which builds
dist/, publishes with a temporary dist-based manifest, and always restores the
source-first package.json the monorepo's dev/test tooling depends on (Vite,
vitest, and tsc all resolve these packages via src/ during development).
Moved posecode-parser/posecode-share from posecode-mcp's devDependencies to
dependencies, since its library entry point (not just the CLI bundle) imports
them at runtime.

Also fixed the GitHub links pointing at the old a-baran-orhan/movit repo.
