build(deps-dev): bump @types/node to 26 and vite to 8.1.5 (#95)

Takes the safe dev-dependency bumps from the development-dependencies group. TypeScript is held at ^5.7.2 (resolves to 5.9.x); its 7.0 major (the native-compiler rewrite) breaks package builds and typecheck. Dev-only change, recorded with an empty changeset.
