feat: make movit-mcp publishable + MCP registry manifest

- esbuild bundle with bin entry (movit-parser/movit-share bundled in;
  sdk + zod stay external deps) — npx movit-mcp works post-publish
- server.json for the official MCP registry (io.github.a-baran-orhan)
- render permalinks default to https://www.posecode.org (was a stale
  vercel preview URL)
- verified: stdio handshake + tools/list against the built bundle
