issue with satisfaction survey reminders only being sent once despite being configured for 1 per day over 3 days

Please assist us as we have configured the satisfaction survey reminders to be sent for 3 days, but we have noticed that they are only being sent once, despite being set for 1 reminder each day for 3 days.
