Small patch that reverts one change from v0.9.3-1, which introduced a bug for patches loaded from Library panel. You may skip this patch if you do not make use of this.

Changes:

• Revert forcing patches to load from file (instead of DAW state) if meta.json file exists, since this change broke saving array contents
