Make Orchestrator the default app view + visual polish pass

Request

1. Make the Orchestrator view the default view when opening the app (currently opens on Chat).
2. Beautify it a bit while at it — visual polish pass on the Orchestrator surface.

Notes

• The Chat/Orchestrator switch is the animated pill; default selection should become Orchestrator.
• Check persistence of the last-selected surface: decide whether "default" means hardcoded Orchestrator on launch or "remember last, fall back to Orchestrator".
• Polish scope is intentionally vague until someone picks this up — do a pass over board cards, task rail, and empty states.

Acceptance criteria

• Fresh app open lands on the Orchestrator view.
• Visual polish pass completed without regressing existing orchestrator flows.
