[Feature]: Files panel: reveal file in Finder (local) / download file (remote) — copying the path is possible but there's no way to actually get to the file #5532

Problem or use case

The Files panel lets you browse the workspace and copy a file's path, but that's where it stops: there is no way to actually access the file itself from the app. Concrete case: the agent produces a small artifact (a log, a JSONL of results, a generated doc) and I just want to send it to a third party — today I have to copy the path, leave T3 Code, and hunt for the file in the OS file manager. On a remote environment (SSH/Tailscale) even that fallback doesn't exist: the file lives on another machine, so there is simply no way to retrieve it.

Proposal

On Files panel rows (context menu and/or hover action):

  • Reveal in Finder / file manager when the environment is local
  • Download when the environment is remote — the only possible way to hand the file to someone without SSH-ing around T3 Code

#3522 asks for context-menu actions on the Changed files section; this covers the Files panel and the get-the-actual-file use case, with the local/remote distinction.
