Failed test for CURLOPT_PREREQFUNCTION

Description

We are getting a test failure in ext/curl/tests/curl_setopt_CURLOPT_PREREQFUNCTION.phpt for the CURL_PREREQFUNC_ABORT case,

I was about to create a PR to support both error messages, but the int(42) here is CURLE_ABORTED_BY_CALLBACK, so now I am wondering why the error message does not agree with the error number. Maybe it is a real bug?

Trying to gather some more information: when you say network disabled, do you mean there is no Internet connectivity, or are you disable IPv4/v6 stacks altogether?

The test creates a local server, which I believe is only IPv4. If you disable IPv4 entirely, this could be the case. In this case, other tests should fail too.

After wasting a lot of time learning the internals of our package manager, the reason this was "passing" outside of the PM is because I made a typo in --enable-filter 🤦

It is easy to reproduce now for me (good), but must not be easy for anyone else (bad) because it doesn't require any special circumstances. I've updated the description.

FFS, I think it is just curl-8.18. I upgraded to curl-8.19 and...

Curl 8.18 was a particularly broken release, we had similar failures fixed with a simple upgrade.
