- Release management: Each repo’s maintainers tag releases; research publishes dated reports.
- Disagreements: We aim for consensus; maintainers have final say to keep projects moving.
- Becoming a maintainer: Consistent, high‑quality contributions and positive community participation, nominated by existing maintainers.
