It seems the ZV-1 is not supported by the Camera Remote API. Sony has also sunseted the Camera Remote API and replaced it with the Camera Remote SDK. It looks like the ZV-1 is supported by this. However, the Camera Remote SDK only works over a USB or Wired LAN connection (no wireless). The Camera Remote SDK is also a C library instead of a HTTP API. It is possible to integrate the Camera Remote SDK with libsonyapi, but it would take significant work.

Now I'm trying to write Python working with Camera Remote SDK,it's hard to use with C++ library,and workflow is not as clear as API.
