Description

I'm looking for a pg_tde extension or a whole new build from Percona - to be able to run it natively on FreeBSD.

Any chance?

Suggested solution

Provide native FreeBSD build. Or at least, test / confirm it works fine when launching from Docker under FreeBSD (stable).

Seems like a good idea for a discussion. That being said, support for FreeBSD or any work related is currently not planned.

What I can suggest is to either try and run TDE on Docker via the images we provide or to use the tarballs and test it yourself. We would be definitely interested in results of that.
