RenderPage - Missing visual content

Hello,

I'm attempting to render a pdf as an png image using the RenderPage.py script. The source pdf and the rendered png are visually different however. It appears that the png is missing certain content, such as the text boxes and yellow icon. Is it possible these elements are on a different layer or container that isn't being rendered? Any suggestions?

What's missing in the output are annotations. Add the following flag to the PdfPageRenderParams to include them

renderParams = PdfPageRenderParams()
renderParams.flags = kRenderAnnot
