Some backwards incompatible changes when upgrading terraform-aws-eks from V18.x to V19.x

Hi team,
I am using TEKS for the last few months. Recently, I did an upgrade of terraform-aws-eks here: terragrunt/live/production/eu-west-1/clusters/demo/eks/terragrunt.hcl#L26 from 18.x to 19.x.

I see that in the main branch, there are some changes, listed here, should be updated:

• iam_role_additional_policies: https://github.com/particuleio/teks/blob/main/terragrunt/live/production/eu-west-1/clusters/demo/eks/terragrunt.hcl#L186

-    iam_role_additional_policies = ["arn:aws:iam::aws:policy/AmazonSSMManagedInstanceCore"]

Not sure if it needs to be updated on your side, but I have done those changes and it works well from my side.
