Inventory Change Process

We need to discuss the inventory change process later when work on Inventory Status starts

How will a requested inventory change be confirmed?
An requested inventory change might not be possible to execute because of errors in stock records.
A damaged package might need to be moved to a new position in the warehouse. Will the inventory change be executed after moving the damaged package?
I think that a requested inventory change should be confirmed with an Inventory Status with a reference to the requested inventory change.
Should the inventory request be kept active until it is confirmed?
Should we add property active, that exists in other endpoints?

The current damage process within Stora Enso is:

1. Unit is reported as damaged by the logistics supplier
2. (optional step) supplier adjust the damage status in accordance with damage investigation, example the reason is changed transportation --> handling
3. Decision taken to either Reject, Refurbish or set the package back to Sound condition.
