[FEATURE REQUEST] Take advantage of the `search_min_length` capability

search_min_length is the minimum amount of characters to be typed to search a user to share or a member to join. Currently, the default value is 3 and it's hardcoded in the app. We could adapt it

Field search_min_length is inside of the files_sharing object
