Refactor the existing codebase to improve readability, consistency, and maintainability without changing behavior.

Tasks

• Remove unused code, logs, and commented sections
• Standardize naming conventions
• Simplify data flow between Baton and Relay
• Improve error handling and logging

Acceptance Criteria

• Codebase builds and runs without behavior changes
• No unused or dead code remains
• Logging is consistent and meaningful
