Does this repo supports for hardware ?

I am working on integrating P4-OvS with the Alveo U200 SmartNIC.
(a) Is this repo supports integrating to Hardware ? Can I generate bitstream with these source files?
(b) Can this be integrated with Vitis P4 for testing on hardware instead of a host PC?
(c) Is this source designed only for host machines, or does it support execution on hardware?
(d) If hardware support is available, are there any limitations in P4-OvS?
