Seconded, I was about to post this myself. There are a decent number of existing nicotine docker containers but they all have their issues.

Using the broadway backend for gtk definitely integrates it the best as a web app, but Broadway has this one really annoying bug where copy and paste functionality doesn't work. The rest of the containers are typically noVNC, and a lot of them are out of date.
