It's impossible to find that public board. It's hidden on user profile.

No mention of paid users. Maybe it's worth adding a note that it's for paid users only.

We don't always say it, and we don't typically turn down free users who email in—especially first timers—but we have about 11 free subscriptions to 1 paid subscription, so we need to conserve resources to service our paid users.
