Link license table to list of resources with that license

In File > Project Statistics > Licenses, you see a table of licenses in the project.
The user wants to see the resources that have those licenses.

The license name is a link that you can click to show corresponding files.

Describe alternatives you've considered
When clicking on the license name, we could select the root resource and filter the attributions list for that license. Then you can click the attributions to see the corresponding resources.

We already have a similar feature: filter for the desired license under "Attributions". Then click through the attributions that have those licenses which will show you "Linked Resources" in the bottom left corner.
The issue is that we have direct way to filter resources by license but I also think the current mechanism is good enough. But what we can do is make the licenses in the table clickable. A click then sets the appropriate filter. Only thing I'm not sure about: should we filter only attributions or also signals?

I think that we should filter the signals, because those are the source of the statistics. The attributions aren't considered in the table.
And I think also filtering the Attributions makes sense.
