Persist the odering state of the license table

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently, in the statistics popup the ordering of the license table is not preserved. If you switch to the overview tab, close and reopen the statistics popup and/or OpossumUI that ordering is lost

Three options (to clarify before start):

• Persist the sorting while the statistics popup is open
• Persist the sorting while OpossumUI is open
• Persist the sorting across OpossumUI restarts
