BCL Library not working

When I try to download any BCL this is the log I get.
[openstudio.RemoteBCL] <1> Request to url 'https://bcl.nrel.gov 'failed with message: WinHttpSendRequest: 12007:
I know that the new website is https://bcl.nlr.gov/ I wonder if theres a way to manually change it.

Can you try one more time? I did make a change on the BCL that will hopefully fix this issue. thanks!

Thanks @kflemin. Unfortunately, the URL for the BCL is not configurable in the OS App. We have updated the URL in #856 for the next release. In the meantime, the workaround would be to download measures directly from https://bcl.nlr.gov/ and add them to your My Measures directory which you can set in Preferences.
