Security: request for a private disclosure channel

Hi maintainers — I've identified a security issue in OpenMC and emailed a
▎ full private report to a maintainer today (2026-05-28). Since the project
▎ has no SECURITY.md or GitHub Private Vulnerability Reporting, I'm opening
▎ this to create a coordination record and ask you to confirm receipt or point
▎ me to your preferred private channel. I'm intentionally omitting all
▎ technical details here. Thanks for your work on OpenMC!
