Linux data source clean-up (Apr 2026)

Several Linux distributions have had new releases, EOLed others, and generally need updates.

To address this, I've just completed an audit of the Linux sources and we can move forward with the following changes to this repository, by order of priority:

Update:

Support in the script to add support for the distros noted above is being tracked in this issue in the SDT core repository: openmainframeproject/software-discovery-tool#258

@vmuralictr Now that I've merged your fixes to the script it should be fully working now, and you're welcome to start submitting the new datafiles and deleting the old for this issue when you have a chance.
