I just had a go at creating this here: https://data.openfoodnetwork.org/question/476-voucher-redemptions-by-week-summary

• "# Vouchers Still Active" isn't quite implemented but should be easy to calculate with "Num vouchers" minus "Num vouchers fully redeemed". (this can be done with a custom expression here in metabase)
• ⚠️ week is probably based on UTC. need to fix that. or don't summarise redemption dates here, and summarise them in n8n instead.

Some questions to follow up:

• exclude test records?
• filter to only include funder "Sustainable Table - Citi Foundation 1" (in case others are added to the system)

Looks good!

On your Q's:

• Yeah, is test is a boolean flag on the voucher set, I'd use that
• A dashboard filter might work here for funders - an example of us using this is here

Bear in mind that too many grouped items causes Metabase UI to work really slowly, so if the data set gets big for this report it may start to struggle; just something to think about for self-hosted installs. metabase/metabase#26242

Thanks for confirming Paul, that dashboard looks great.
As I understand it, our plan is to automatically email the list to merchants for their convenience, so they don't need to log into Metabase.
