In-Context: First Response chart doesn’t capture when multiple learners submit same response

Steps to Reproduce

1. Login as two different learners, enroll in a course, and answer the same problem the same way
2. Login to Studio as staff, an instructor or admin
3. Navigate to the Course Outline page for the course and click on the analytics button
4. Scroll down to the Problem Analytics section of the Analytics sidebar
5. Click on the name of a Problemn and view the First Response chart

Expected Behavior

1. I want to see the number of learners whose first response to the problem was X, so in this example, I'd want to see at least 2 next to the response I gave as 2 different learners in step 1 of the Steps to Reproduce.

Actual Behavior

1. I see the list of first responses, and next to each first response, I see the number 1 even when multiple learners submitted X as their first problem response. See this illustrated below when I see the number of learners who submitted a response to the Basic Text Input problem does not reflect the total number of first responses captured:

This is due to a dumb clickhouse table primary key thing. Easy fix
