New document from a template ends up in personal folder

Describe the bug

If I save a .odt file as .ott, it becomes a template. OpenCloud certainly seems to support this, since the available actions reflect it:

If I default-open the template, a new document is created. This document is placed into my personal folder though.

Steps to reproduce

1. Save-as a .odt file with a .ott extension
2. Open the .ott file from the file browser within a space
3. Find the new document in your personal folder

Expected behavior

I'd expect the document to be created next to the template with a temporary name.

Actual behavior

The file Vorlage (1).odt is generated in my personal folder.

The usecase has been implemented based on workflow requirements from customers.

1. The templates are in a folder, where most of the users have no write Access because they are managed by the organization.
2. The personal space is the only location where we can always be sure that the user has write access.

This makes sense, but maybe there could be an additional step: check if the folder is writeable, and if so, then drop the file there, otherwise go personal?

Or ask the user for the location and filename? Libreoffice creates an "Untitled Document" from a template, which the user has to save and assign a name. In this case, the name is copied or automatically extended with a number, and requires later manual rename…

Note: the wopi protocol needs a writable location before opening the session.

Especially since documents cannot be moved from personal folders to spaces, this would be really useful.

Like @micbar stated, this was developed with specific customer requirements, which included: store in personal space.

Storing the created document in the same location as the template would be easy but would contradict the original requirements. So we'd need to implement the dialog, asking the user where to store the file. As @micbar said, we need the location and file name before creating the document. Unfortunately "Save As" in Collabora is super limited from their side, it only allows to change the name, not to choose a new location.

Happy to review a pull request - we're currently not planning to work on extending that logic ourselves.
