Uploads slow (and eventually fail) on Windows. #2123

Description

Describe the bug

I tried to upload a larger (72MB) and a smaller (1kB) file to my self-hosted OpenCloud on Windows (Website & Desktop App).

In both cases, the download was slow and got even slower over time. 400kB/s and down according to the speed display on the website. Expected Upload should be closer to 5MB/s.

The larger file stalled, and failed. The small file uploaded after like half a minute,

Just before, I tried (and uploaded files to) OpenCloud on Linux (Dual Boot) over the Website, and I at least didn't notice anything weird.

Steps to reproduce

Sadly, likely not very reproducible

  1. Upload files on Windows
  2. Watch it slow & fail

Expected behavior

The download to just chuck along at about 5MB/s, and work on both Windows and Linux.

Actual behavior

Slow Upload & Slowing, and for larger files stalling and failing on Windows. Linux seemed to work fine.

Setup

Relative Minimal Setup (without Calendar, Collabora, etc).
Only the docker-compose.yml from the compose repo, and the ./config/opencloud directory in use

Runs through a reverse proxy that is on a different (public) server than OpenCloud.

No special config, mostly just the defaults in the docker-compose.yml, except for credentials.

Additional context

I never noticed weirdly slow uploads on other websites or with other programs.
