ua_connection.h No such file or directory

Just tried to build the python wrapper with following output:

building 'open62541' extension

compilation terminated.

After I didn't find any ua_connection.h in the open62541 sources, I guess there is something wrong.

Probably small api change....

it was a big API change.... updated it now...it works. I just tested... but this is a very minimal wrapper

@oroulet thanks! can you try to include the main project as a git submodule and use the current (release candidate) 0.3 branch (and update the instructions accordingly)? Otherwise we may run into these problems all the time in the future...
