The declarative configuration schema defines three experimental per-signal configurator extension points:
tracer_provider.tracer_configurator/development
meter_provider.meter_configurator/development
logger_provider.logger_configurator/development
These let a config file inject per-instrumentation-scope overrides into a signal provider (e.g. disable a noisy tracer by name-glob, set per-logger minimum severity) without touching global provider config.
All three are parsed into dataclass instances in models.py (ExperimentalTracerConfigurator, ExperimentalMeterConfigurator, ExperimentalLoggerConfigurator) but are never read by configure_tracer_provider(), configure_meter_provider(), or configure_logger_provider() — the fields are silently discarded.
